Roberto Capra was born in Italy, where he grew up and conducted all his studies. He then spent three years in London, working in Hatton Garden, the famous jewelry district. Here is where he learned the business of dealing in antique and vintage jewelry. He then moved to NYC in 1992, and founded his own company, Roberto Capra Inc, in 1993. From a humble beginning, he has developed a strong relationship with some of the biggest and most famous jewelry stores in the country and world wide. He is currently exhibiting in most of the antique jewelry shows. His main markets are Europe, the US and the Far East. He his pretty well established in HK, where he has been going for the past 15 years and developed a pretty good clientele. He is constantly traveling, always looking for beautiful jewelry to present to his loyal clients. Quality, quality, quality: this has been his motto. His office is located in the heart of the jewelry business district in NYC, on 48th street and Fifth avenue.
